Frequently asked questions

Is there any charge for buyers or tenants?
No. Searching, viewing listings, using the calculators, and contacting an owner, dealer or builder are all free, and no brokerage is charged on a deal.
Is posting a listing free for dealers and builders too?
Yes. Owners, dealers and builders all post free, and dealers and builders additionally get a public portfolio page with their live inventory at no cost.
Can a seller pay to rank higher?
No. There is no paid promotion, featured placement or boost on BuySellProperty. Every listing is ordered by the same rules — relevance, recency and how recently the seller confirmed the listing.
Are there listing limits?
Ordinary owner accounts post individual properties; dealer and builder accounts carry larger inventories. Duplicate or misrepresented listings are removed.

Costs outside this platform still apply on a purchase: stamp duty and registration set by your state, and loan processing charges. Estimate them with the stamp duty calculator and the EMI calculator.
